Internship Opportunity Available

LWV Placer County is looking for a male or female student for a 6 month internship. This position is intended for a high school upperclassman with recommendation from High School staff or a college student interested in unbiased California legislation. It will not include support of candidates or political parties or advocacy of political policies or legislation. The minimum commitment for this internship is an average of 3 hours a week. The goal of the position is to increase awareness of LWV Placer County to people under the age of 25 as a way to make it easier for them to understand political issues and to vote.
